Эта фраза, как мне кажется, не имеет ничего общего с лицензией и ничему не
мешает.

В OOo другие русские переносы. С французскими и немецкими переносами также
все в порядке.

Да уж. Для нас это означает невозможность распространения некоторых таблиц
переносов на диске.

И пересмотр teTeX...
