Never received junk snaimail? Even during national/local elections? ;)

To my mind the "spam problem" mostly concerns drain of psychophiscal
resources of recipients, not proc cycles/bandwidth. The long-term
trend is lowering cost of the later and raising (at least relative) of
the first.
