Может, я чего-то не увидел, но это самая что ни есть BSD-like лицензия 
(с ничего не меняющей по сути поправкой про имя продукта - такое есть,
например, в лицензии у Apache). Чтобы не считать BSD лицензию свободной,
надо быть Столлманом ;))
