[Legal] ILM lisence

Господа!

Интересует ваше мнение насчет лицензии ILM
Дело в том, что в последних версиях cinepaint (бывш. filmgimp) появился
   код под этой лицензией и я встречал в рассылках ее критику, что
дескать, продукт содержащий подобный код, свободным являтся не может.

Может кто-либо прокомментировать.
Текст лицензии прилагаю.
